Chewy's a senior citizen with lots of love to give, as you can see in the video below.  He enjoys affection and will thrive in an adult-only home where he can get lots of love, but is allowed his "me" time when he feels like he needs some solitude.  Chewy already knows "sit" and "shake" and is housetrained.  He greatly enjoys his daily walks.  Being very food-motivated, Chewy's training should be fairly easy for an experienced dog owner that knows how to take a firm, but gentle, lead with him.  While he loves meeting new people, Chewy has a hard time being introduced to new dogs.  He would very likely enjoy sharing a home with a female dog, but you can expect an exciting introduction! He enjoys the company of FOCAS foster dog, Shawney, who he currently shares a home with, and she even makes an appearance in his video.
