Meet Rachel! Rachel can be shy at first, but she's a very sweet and docile cat. She was adopted out of the Department of Animal Services when she was a one year old, only to wind up back with the Department of Animal Services three years later.  Rachel isn't a big fan of other cats, but she might be able to acclimate to a household that has another laid back kitty. Rachel enjoys being petted, and once she gets used to you will be an affectionate kitty.
