HOW: Recruit your friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors to
form a team of 5 members.
(No previous bowling experience needed to have FUN!) Download forms here: COST: There is a $50 registration fee for each team; includes three games of bowling, and shoe rental for each of 5 team members. We request each team member raise a minimum of $100 in sponsorship donations, but bowlers may raise an unlimited amount of donations. Sponsorship donations are tax deductible. PRIZES: Every bowler will be entered into our raffle for an opportunity to win fantastic prizes!
